Re-Inspection Survey

“Professional snagging, ensuring you’re getting a quality home”

A typical new build home is constructed from a number of different materials, some of which, such as timber is susceptible to expansion / contraction through the seasons.

Whilst this is accepted, our re-inspection identifies any implications such movement may have that fall outside of acceptable tolerances.

This re-inspection is a valuable opportunity to check and ensure that the key points raised in the first Inspection have been addressed to a satisfactory standard.

This re-inspection is a valuable opportunity to check progress against your initial inspection. It might be that your pre or post-completion inspections identified a significant number of issues and for piece of mind you wish to commission a re-inspection to ensure all agreed works have been carried out to a satisfactory standard.

Following any re-inspection, an additional report will be issued within 48 hours. Any re-inspection is at a discounted rate due to any aesthetic / cosmetic issues falling outside of the scope of the report.

It's important that any post-completion inspection or re-inspections are carried prior to the end of the 2 year warranty period in which your house builder is responsible for rectifying any issues.
